Supervisor/a de Promotores de Calentadores y/o Power Tools en Tiendas Departamentales

Monitor sales quotas for assigned promoters. Plan and oversee routes and visits for the team to ensure maximum geographic coverage. Provide training for new personnel and assist promoters in negotiating additional display spaces with store managers.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a sales promoter. At least 3 years of supervisory experience coordinating staff. Experience in direct sales and customer service.
