Optimize operational efficiency and key indicators by monitoring KPIs and intervening immediately when deviations occur. Develop and retain the operational team and drivers through close leadership, constant feedback, and recognition.

Experience in logistics operations, Last Mile, parcel delivery, or distribution centers. Leadership experience managing operational teams. Knowledge of operational KPIs and Last Mile metrics. Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
