VP, Solution Architecture

Define and lead the global strategy for Solution Architecture, transforming the function to support implementation and onboarding outcomes across the full customer portfolio. Own implementation performance, including implementation time, quality of delivery, and backlog loss. Build mechanisms, standards, and capabilities that enable customers and systems integrators to implement successfully at scale.

15+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Professional Services, or similar customer-facing technical organizations. Significant leadership experience managing senior technical teams across multiple regions. Deep experience with complex enterprise implementations and strong knowledge of architecture, systems integration, and cloud platforms.

This role requires frequent international travel and regular presence in the São Paulo office four days a week, with remote work on Fridays.
