Lead and manage the agency team. Provide financial consulting to associates and other stakeholders both in the agency and during external visits. Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with institutional norms. Develop and execute agency planning focused on member growth and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. 2 years of experience in agency business or similar market experience. Required certification: C PRO-R.
