Manage and develop a team of up to 30 people focusing on high performance, training, routines, and collaborative culture. Monitor operational processes to identify deviations, address non-conformities, prevent losses/damages, and ensure accuracy. Prepare analytical reports to track and maintain operational KPIs and SLAs. Collaborate with Inbound, Outbound, and Reverse Logistics to optimize quality and productivity.

Bachelor's degree required. Strong background in managing Quality and/or Inventory teams, along with KPI analysis. Proficient in Excel and data tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Availability for on-site work in Extrema/MG from 5:18 PM to 2:32 AM (Sunday to Thursday).
