Lead financial process transformation projects including Accounting, Controllership, FP&A, and Accounts Payable/Receivable. Redesign financial operational models and implement Shared Service Centers. Promote digital transformation through automation and innovative digital solutions. Develop and implement budgeting and costing models aligned with best market practices.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering. Desired postgraduate or MBA. Solid experience in finance/accounting and financial transformation projects. Advanced/Fluent English is required.
