Senior Business Operations Analyst - Revenue Assurance

Conduct in-depth analysis over incidents related to Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, Fraud & Client Master Data, identifying anomalies and providing clarifications. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to address potential revenue assurance issues. Operate and maintain the RAID tool, including running discrepancy analyses and supporting other teams in its use.

Experience in Product and Engineering agile environments, including microservices and IT Operations. Proficiency in SQL technology such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
