Core Responsibilities

The Payroll Intermed Analyst performs business analysis for HR and Payroll operations, creating and implementing internal procedures and business requirements. They also develop and execute user application test plans, resolving discrepancies and interpreting data to make recommendations.

Requirements

Candidates should have 4 or more years of experience in Payroll positions and in-depth knowledge in monitoring and analyzing processes and data. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with proficiency in English and experience with Workday or Payroll systems.
