Support the business area of the agency in assisting associates and clients by providing information related to Sicredi's products and services. Perform operational activities to facilitate efficient self-service and business transactions. Identify new business opportunities with associates and direct them to Business Managers.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Experience in agency customer service or similar market roles. Knowledge of banking products and services. Certification from Anbima is a plus. Must reside in General Carneiro, PR.
