What You'll Do
Manage the reception, registration, tracking, and closure of incidents related to security systems, ensuring timely attention according to established service levels. Analyze operational information for report preparation and incident control. Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and vendor management.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. 1 year of experience is desirable, including internships or social service in operations, maintenance, or service management. Knowledge of CCTV, alarms, access control, and electronic security systems is preferred.
