Core Responsibilities

The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with processes for contracted Telemarketing services across various sub-channels (Low Income Call Center, E-commerce, and Provincial Wholesalers), guaranteeing adherence to contractual parameters. This includes monitoring data interfaces between PepsiCo and the provider, managing incidents, validating sales data, and overseeing service agreements for order taking and collections.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in sales processes, knowledge of process and project management, and team management skills, along with intermediate English proficiency. Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint is also required.
