Define detailed scopes (deliverables, SLAs, and team) with requesters and negotiate efficient compensation models. Conduct the selection and hiring of consultancies, audits, legal services, benefits, and HR BPO, ensuring the best cost-benefit relationship and strategic alignment. Monitor contract execution, apply performance evaluations, manage renewal calendars, and conduct governance meetings with critical partners.

Experience in purchasing and structuring scopes for consultancies, audits, legal services, benefits, or HR BPO. Proficiency in contract terms, renewals, adjustments, SLAs, and confidentiality clauses. Ability to analyze complex proposals considering team seniority, dedication, deliverables, and final cost.
