Requirements
Candidates must have a completed higher education degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields, coupled with consolidated experience in managing commercial teams, preferably in competitive, high-volume, fast-growth markets. Essential requirements include an analytical, data-driven profile, proficiency in Sales Funnel Management and CRM tools, and the ability to analyze BI/Data reports, alongside strong communication and relationship-building skills.
