Senior Software Engineer, Convert (Backend/Infra)

Design, build, and operate the distributed backend systems behind our recommendations pipeline and AI workflow execution engine, primarily in Python and TypeScript/Node.js. Own and harden the infrastructure our products run on, including our AI workflow platform on AWS and Kubernetes. Strengthen how our systems handle failure and reduce single points of failure across our infrastructure.

5+ years of experience building and operating backend systems in production, ideally in scalable, multi-tenant SaaS. Strong in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, and comfortable modeling data in MongoDB or a comparable database. Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English.
