Analista de Control de Gestion

Prepare and review all financial plans (P&L) and compare actual results with forecasts, budgets, and previous year results to identify deviations. Propose and develop new analysis tools and improve existing ones. Collaborate on the preparation of the corporate annual report and determine relevant KPIs for each area/department.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Actuarial Science. Over 5 years of experience in multinational insurance, banking, or financial services companies. Intermediate to advanced English language skills. Desired knowledge in PowerBI, Python, SQL, and automation tools.
