Manage consoles: prevention policies, exclusions, equipment groups, and roles. Deploy and maintain agents on client machines. Analyze alerts, manage false positives, and escalate real cases. Execute response actions: isolate machines and contain threats. Escalate cases to the manufacturer and follow up.

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience managing EDR/XDR consoles, with experience in at least two of the following: CrowdStrike Falcon, Kaspersky, or Cortex XDR. Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and networks. Experience in customer service.
