Distribution Partner Specialist Puerto Montt

Develop and implement action plans to ensure the execution of the Downtrade channel strategy. Monitor business performance and ensure compliance with key KPIs for traditional and wholesale channels. Build strong relationships with distributors and key clients to enhance brand commitment. Train and motivate distributor teams to maximize their potential and results.

At least 2 years of experience in the Off Premise channel or FMCG companies. Experience in leading, motivating, or developing teams. Proficient in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fluent in English, both oral and written (desirable). Valid driver's license required.
