Core Responsibilities

The main challenge involves proactively supporting digital marketing agency partners, training their teams, managing and expanding their portfolios, and ensuring the strategic use of RD Station tools to maximize partner results. Key deliveries include maintaining high-value relationships through strategic alignment meetings, managing product adoption metrics, identifying revenue expansion/retention opportunities, conducting strategic financial negotiations, and ensuring efficient internal and external communication.

Requirements

Candidates must have prior experience in Customer Success within SaaS companies, specifically managing strategic portfolios with high client/partner volume and practical experience in challenging financial negotiations. Desired attributes include genuine interest in client support, strong empathy, didactic guidance skills, resilience in problem-solving, good communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
