Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for improving assistive performance. Structure business cases, defining indicators, goals, baselines, and criteria for monitoring results. Lead the implementation of health transformation initiatives and projects, ensuring the capture of expected assistive and financial benefits.

Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Nursing. Solid experience in supplementary health, hospitals, consultancies, healthtechs, or related industries. Experience in assistive performance management, medical cost management, and health programs. Leadership experience in project management and strategic initiatives.

The position offers a hybrid work model with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Benefits include transportation allowance, meal allowance, medical and dental assistance, and participation in profit-sharing.
