BTG EVOLUTION - Programa de Formação em Assessoria de Investimentos B2C

Participate in the BTG Evolution program to develop skills as an Investment Advisor. Engage in a case application during the launch event and receive feedback on performance. Complete a comprehensive training program lasting 3 months, starting in January 2027.

Recent graduates, university students in their final semester, or individuals transitioning careers with no more than three years since graduation. Certification CPRO-R is mandatory to participate in the program.

The program offers a complete development track for aspiring financial professionals. Participants will receive various benefits including profit sharing, medical and dental plans, and extended maternity and paternity leave.
