Core Responsibilities

The manager will own the end-to-end scaling of profitable users, managing the acquisition and in-app lifecycle journey from first touchpoint to first loan disbursement while maintaining strong unit economics. Key tasks include optimizing performance metrics like ROAS and LTV/CAC, scaling paid channels, leading strategic partnerships, and owning the referral engine strategy.
