Plan and supervise shipping operations, sampling, inspection, and control of minerals. Ensure compliance with operational and contractual deadlines. Manage human, technical, and logistical resources for operational continuity. Lead and develop teams, ensuring continuous training in safety, quality, and technical regulations.

University degree in Mining Engineering or Metallurgy or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the mining-metallurgical sector. Leadership and team management skills. Experience in mineral export inspection organizations, sampling, and mechanical preparation.
