Implement legal defense strategies for the company in various jurisdictional and administrative processes. Supervise and coordinate responses to requirements from different authorities. Manage and address complaints from customers against the company before the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO). Coordinate inspections conducted by various authorities, primarily in labor and consumer protection matters.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law with experience in administrative, civil, and commercial procedural law. Over 3-4 years as a Senior Lawyer focused on litigation. Advanced knowledge in Civil Law (Obligations, Contracts), Commercial and Administrative Law: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Intermediate level of English.
