The Associate Manager will define, develop, and deliver scalable change management strategies and toolkits to support PepsiCo's global digital transformation initiatives. They will partner with market teams to ensure successful program adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and the execution of custom change solutions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale global transformations and change management methodologies like ADKAR or Kotter is required.
