Project Specialist

Work across sub-processes like funding and inspections to meet deliverable requirements. Review inspection results and ensure compliance with draw requests. Generate draw status notifications and monitor service level agreements to ensure contractual turn times are met. Communicate professionally with internal and external clients to ensure efficient workflow.

Experience with construction management is a plus. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
