Execute key training programs in operations, ensuring their success and proposing continuous improvements. Lead the implementation strategy of regional and local training programs, ensuring adoption and ongoing development of teams. Monitor training KPIs, identifying areas of opportunity and executing action plans for the programs under your responsibility.

Professional or university degree in areas such as Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields (desirable). Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and relationship-building at all levels. Previous knowledge in logistics operations and training processes is required, along with experience in training, organizational development, or labor training (desirable).
