Web Full Stack Engineer

Develop and scale high-performance, cloud-native web applications across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Optimize backend worker queues, background jobs, and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and low latency. Build dashboards that provide visibility into automation pipelines and support integrations with platforms such as UiPath and Gemini Agents.

3+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications, including complex API integrations and background job processing. Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake), HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js and React. Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and monitoring scalable applications in a public cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Remote work with a private, quiet workspace and high-speed internet. Willingness and ability to communicate through webcam, video conferences, and phone.
