The Compensation & Benefits Specialist manages payroll processes, statutory benefits, and leave administration in compliance with the Dominican Labor Code. They are responsible for calculating salaries, processing deductions, and ensuring accurate reporting to the Finance department.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Accounting with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in payroll systems, Microsoft Excel, and a strong understanding of local labor regulations are required.
