AWS Cloud Engineer - Platform Operations

Support and enhance AWS infrastructure for Amazon Connect and related platform services. Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and automate operational tasks using Python and AWS CLI. Improve platform reliability by supporting incident response, RCA, disaster recovery, and production readiness activities. Develop dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

5+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, Route 53, S3, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, and DynamoDB. Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Experience with Python, AWS CLI, PowerShell, or similar automation tools.
