What You'll Do
Receive and register claims notifications. Analyze registration, medical, and legal documentation. Evaluate coverage, validity, waiting periods, and insured eligibility. Identify signs of fraud and forward cases for investigation when necessary.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. Solid understanding of individual and group life insurance concepts. Knowledge of basic and additional coverages such as natural death, accidental death, and critical illnesses.
