Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Insurance Management, or related fields. Solid knowledge of the insurance market and practices in underwriting, retention, and portfolio management. Familiarity with generative AI tools for decision-making and offer personalization. Strong analytical skills, strategic planning ability, and developed interpersonal relationships.
