What You'll Do
Dedicate about 80% of the time to product development, focusing on user-centered solutions. Collaborate with Design Managers to promote team evolution and facilitate connections between the Design team and stakeholders. Evaluate risks and opportunities, generating actionable recommendations that consider Design, Business, Product, and Engineering.
What We're Looking For
Advanced mastery in user research techniques to inform design decisions. Proven experience in leading technical teams and a solid foundation in usability and user experience. Advanced experience in complete product discovery and delivery cycles.
