Sr DS Engineer

Lead end-to-end data initiatives for training LLMs, from identifying and extracting relevant sources to preparing data for the model. Design and implement scalable data curation pipelines, defining quality approaches, deduplication, scoring, and diversification autonomously. Scale synthetic data generation using open-source and commercial models to enhance training corpus coverage and quality.

Experience in text data engineering with Python, BigQuery, and large-scale ETL pipelines. Proven track record in designing and executing experiments as a data scientist, focusing on hypotheses, metrics, and impact analysis on models. Familiarity with deep learning and LLM ecosystems, including architectures, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and tools like HuggingFace or vLLM.
