What You'll Do
Attend, register, track, and resolve calls related to network infrastructure. Perform initial diagnosis of connectivity incidents and execute basic/intermediate troubleshooting on networks, routers, switches, and other infrastructure equipment. Analyze connectivity issues related to IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and routes.
What We're Looking For
Experience in infrastructure support or technical support. Solid knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, IPv4, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs. Basic routing and configuration knowledge of routers and switches is required.
