What You'll Do
Design user-centered conversational experiences applying UX principles and Design Thinking. Create and document end-to-end conversational flows for virtual assistants and AI-based solutions. Collaborate with product, business, and technology teams to ensure consistent and effective experiences.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in UX, conversational design, or related disciplines. Practical knowledge of Prompt Engineering and language models like GPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot. Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and FigJam.
What We Offer
Hybrid work model with attendance required at the office in La Victoria, Lima, twice a week.
