Operations Associate

Provide reliable and structured data support to the Pay team, maintaining and improving pay-related datasets. Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for contractor pay tracking. Support the definition and tracking of core KPIs for CR and Training contractor teams, ensuring KPI definitions are documented and consistently applied. Maintain and optimize queries for candidate sourcing and prioritization, assisting in tracking performance metrics related to growth initiatives.

Experience in data analysis and reporting tools. Strong understanding of KPI tracking and data infrastructure. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
