Core Responsibilities

You will own the entire recruiting engine, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding to build a high-performing team. Additionally, you will manage hiring systems, track pipeline metrics, and protect the company's employer brand.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce environments. You must be proficient in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and managing structured interview processes.
