Sr CRM Analyst

Own all CRM communications (email, push, WhatsApp) for the assigned country. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define communication strategies. Analyze data using SQL and dashboards to derive insights and translate them into actionable strategies. Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and present results with clear justifications.

Solid data management skills, particularly in SQL and data analysis. Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital communications. Ability to make independent decisions backed by data. Strong communication skills to interact with senior management. Background in Engineering, Economics, or Administration with a strong analytical mindset.
