Design, lead, and implement end-to-end continuous improvement projects using agile methodologies and Big Data tools to analyze operational data, optimize flows, reduce waste, and support data-driven decisions. Ensure standardization of operational flows across different units in Brazil, guaranteeing productivity gains and operational efficiency. Develop business cases, evaluate project ROI, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and regional leaders.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Solid experience in continuous improvement, preferably in last-mile logistics operations or high-volume product operations. Proficiency in process mapping, operational diagnostics, and implementing solutions in complex environments using Lean methodologies and tools such as VSM, A3, PDCA, 5S, and Gemba Walks.
