Act as a strategic partner for customer experience and digital channels, aligning business strategies with people management practices. Analyze organizational needs and intervene when necessary, focusing on succession management and performance metrics. Collaborate with COEs to identify client area needs and ensure people management practices are connected to productivity and quality challenges.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. Strong experience in Internal Consulting (Business Partner) or related people management roles. Familiarity with performance evaluation tools and organizational climate management.
