What You'll Do
Evaluate maintenance events to propose solutions and support maintenance processes. Assist in preparing and analyzing documents related to Health, Safety, and Environment Control. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures. Develop and implement training programs to enhance local expertise in automation and instrumentation.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in instrumentation and automation. Bachelor's degree in Automation, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field. Demonstrable knowledge of PLC systems, VFD technology, and reliability engineering. Effective leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
