Lead, coordinate, and supervise the medical visit team, ensuring compliance with routes, coverage, sales objectives, collections, and established commercial goals. Plan, execute, and follow up on regional commercial strategies aimed at improving market share and brand positioning. Prepare and present periodic reports on results and progress, providing feedback to the team and reporting to regional management for decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Biochemistry and Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related fields (mandatory). Diploma in Professional Medical Visits, Marketing and Sales, Sales Management, and Commercial Strategies (mandatory). 4 years of general work experience coordinating medical visit teams.
