Lead the search, incorporation, and development of new brands for the women's clothing business, managing the entire cycle from prospecting and commercial negotiation to sales tracking, stock, margins, and business performance. Identify new brands, trends, and commercial opportunities to enhance the value proposition. Negotiate commercial terms and execute purchases of brands under your responsibility. Develop long-term relationships with suppliers and strategic partners.

Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience in fashion categories, retail, purchasing, product development, or commercial management. Strong negotiation and commercial analysis skills. Ability to manage business indicators, margins, sales, and inventory management.
