Labor Relation Lead

Lead comprehensive labor relations strategy aligned with local and international legislation. Negotiate and maintain collective agreements within timeline and budget. Manage labor conflicts with a preventive and resolution-focused approach. Report on labor relations metrics, turnover, absenteeism, and employee climate.

Minimum 8 years of experience in labor relations, comprehensive HR, or related roles in companies of similar size and complexity. Strong experience in labor crisis management and conflict resolution. Knowledge of local and international labor legislation and collective bargaining processes. Intermediate English and native Spanish required.
