RD StationCore Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and scale AI solutions, integrating various data sources with APIs and document bases. Implement advanced prompt management strategies and A/B testing to ensure AI operates with the desired persona. Create robust evaluation mechanisms to continuously measure AI performance and prevent regressions. Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate models with products, focusing on low latency and scalability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. Solid experience with the complete lifecycle of AI products (LLMOps) and practical experience in production deployment. Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks and libraries (FastAPI, LangChain, etc.). Practical experience with cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform) and strong analytical skills for model evaluation and prompt refinement.
