Requirements
Candidates must possess a degree in Finance, Administration, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with 4 to 5 years of leadership experience specifically in payment operations, acquiring, aggregators, and chargeback management. Advanced English proficiency and deep knowledge of the Mexican payment ecosystem, national regulations (CNBV, Banxico), and network manuals (ISO8583) are essential.
