Sr Regional Ops Manager, 3PL Operations Management

Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple 3PL partners and drive operational goals and metrics for sites in your region. Present operational metrics regularly to senior leadership and problem-solve to close gaps between performance and goals. Hire and develop top talent, creating and implementing a talent plan for the site.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in team management and supply chain management. Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, and experience in program management, logistics, or related fields. Business English skills, both verbal and written.
