Analista de Trade Surveillance Júnior

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for client interactions. Analyze and investigate indications of market abuse such as Churning, Money Pass, Layering, Spoofing, Front Running, and Insider Trading. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain updated policies and procedures related to market abuse prevention.

Experience in Compliance or Risk management. Experience in Trade Surveillance or Monitoring. Familiarity with the Brazilian financial market products and services. Certification in PQO Compliance is desirable.

The position offers a flexible work model, with a preference for in-office presence but allows for flexibility based on the role. The company emphasizes personal interactions and uses the office to enhance work relationships.
