Digital Customer Success Associate

The associate will manage a large customer portfolio using omni-channel campaigns via Gainsight and Pendo to drive success, adoption, and retention, balancing automated communications with targeted 1:1 human intervention when necessary. They will also leverage data to identify opportunities, support feature rollouts, and act as the voice of the customer internally.
Requirements
Candidates need strong process and project management skills, excellent communication abilities for writing and presenting educational content, and a data-first mindset to make informed decisions and uncover customer insights. A technical curiosity regarding APIs and MCPs is desired, alongside the ability to coordinate across teams.
