Represent Telefónica Tech on-site and manage the maintenance plan for sites and CORE. Evaluate mobile network KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and optimize network performance. Implement strategies for mobile network optimization, ensuring quality and stability improvements.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience in mobile network optimization and design (2G/3G/4G/5G). Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a related field. Proficiency in OSS tools from Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson, as well as knowledge of microwave and fixed fiber networks.
